INSIGHT’s one-on-one mentorship program is designed to optimize the human experience through a catalytic awaking of physical, mental, and emotional intelligence.
Supported by meditation, movement, applied philosophy, and guided self-inquiry, each INSIGHT program is curated to serve a practitioner’s evolving needs, objectives, and inspirations. The INSIGHT process actualizes potential in leadership, personal growth, and spiritual fulfillment through the richness of embodied practice.

THE APPRENTICESHIP
In 2022, we launched the INSIGHT Apprenticeship Program. The first of its kind, the training is designed to impart and awaken the awareness, knowledge, understanding, and skill necessary to facilitate INSIGHT.
Each apprentice is carefully selected based on their unique life experience, professional background, and the merit and rigor of their self-study and level of self-understanding.
A core value of the INSIGHT practice is the development of high-level discernment. Once cultivated, this acuity is applied to further develop and mature one’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual intelligence.
Through the Apprenticeship, each apprentice demonstrates a high capacity and skill in the core values of INSIGHT and wholeheartedly dedicates themselves to serving as a mirror, guide, and facilitator in helping others do the same for themselves.
