The Structure

Connection Call

We start with a Connection Call. An unhurried conversation with someone who has lived this work. You’ll explore the offering, ask what you need to ask, and sense together whether this is your moment for the work. If it feels aligned, the next step is the reading. If it isn’t the right time, we will say so with honesty and care.

The Inflection

The journey begins with a private reading of approximately two hours with medium Lisa Viola. This session is designed to reveal what is essential, true, and already in motion beneath the surface of your life.

Depending on your current needs, the psychic reading that kicks off your Divine Inflection process may include:

  • Connecting with loved ones or one main guide

  • Revealing what you truly desire in your heart and soul, and what is next for you

  • Pointing to the inflection that is only for you

  • Setting ways of reconciling the link between how you live vs. who you truly are

  • Finding deep, meaningful healing from grief and loss, through the person you lost himself/herself

The Four Gists

A gist is a main point your guides or loved ones want you to know, delivered through Lisa, in their words, for your life.

One might be direct guidance on a decision before you. One might name a pattern you’ve never been able to name, in yourself or in your closest relationships. One might reach back to the true source of something you’ve carried for years. They differ with every reading, unique to each individual soul, because the guides draw them from everything you are: all you have faced, all you have loved, your circumstances, even the intentions of the people around you.

In the days before your reading, Lisa listens to your guides and loved ones for hours, receiving and refining the four gists prepared for you. By the time you sit together, they are ready to be delivered whole. You will know they’re right because they will match your thoughts, feelings, and life in ways that aren’t even put into words yet.

The reading opens something real. These next three months are where it becomes yours. Following the time with Lisa, you'll meet with INSIGHT founder Kevin Courtney for six sessions of steady, introspective work, taking the four gists that came through in a single inflection point and weaving them into the way you move through your life:

Readings with Lisa

  • It unfolds in two movements. It begins with a private (approximately) two-hour reading with medium Lisa Viola, the catalytic revelation. From there, you enter a six-session integration path with Kevin Courtney, INSIGHT's founder, spread across three months. The reading opens the door. The integration is how you walk through it and build a life on the other side.

  • A reading reveals. It doesn't, by itself, change the architecture of a life. Many people leave a powerful reading deeply moved, then watch that clarity soften over the following weeks. The Divine Inflection is built precisely for what comes after the revelation: tracking the essential gists, embodying them, and translating what came through into your choices, your relationships, and your daily orientation.


  • No. Unlike the standard INSIGHT process, you don't arrive with objectives or intake information. The reading is the front-loaded material and provides the compass points. You come as you are, and what is essential becomes visible in the reading with Lisa and the connection with your guides.

  • It is private, approximately two hours, and offered once. Lisa's preparation begins well before you meet: she holds three pre-readings with your guides in advance, taking extensive handwritten notes through both the pre-readings and the reading itself. Those notes are sent to you afterward, so the revelation is something you can return to rather than something you have to hold in memory alone.

  • Yes. Your reading may come through someone who has transitioned, as if they are sitting with you and Lisa. During your connection call, you may name one main person you'd like to hear from, or you may choose to receive the reading from your guides alone. Many people describe recognizing the unmistakable personality of their person, now speaking from a wider vantage

  • Yes. The reading and its gists are prepared for you in advance, so the nature of the session is to walk those main points first. Along the way, you're welcome to ask about what's coming through, and there is room at the end for anything else you carry. The reading gives your guides a rare opportunity to speak directly to your life, and we trust that what was prepared for you is what you most need to hear.

  • No. The reading is a live transmission and is best undivided. In its place, you receive something rarer: Lisa’s extensive handwritten notes from both the pre-readings and your session. The notes are yours to return to for the rest of your life.

Sessions run every two weeks, leaving room for real practice between them.   • The Divine Inflection is offered as one complete passage; the revelation and the integration belong to each other, and the offering exists because neither alone is the work.
