Creating a Balanced Breath as a Gateway to Expanded Awareness is a guided meditation aimed to expand your awareness through various techniques (i.e. breath, sound/ mantra, etc) to help cultivate clear-seeing.

Choose a consistent / regular practice time—ideally early morning hours though it can be practiced anytime.

Practice Overview

  • Set up a comfortable, sustainable seat

  • Meditation cushion, blocks, blankets, zabuton

  • A back rest (wall or chair), if needed to support the spine
