Over two hours, we’ll bring together Tantra Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and meditation to guide the room into a grounded and energised state. You can expect:

• Slow‑moving, energetically focused postures designed to anchor you in the body

• Breath‑based transitions and pauses that open subtly rather than push for intensity

• A Yoga Nidra practice to systematically release tension and invite clarity in the body, mind, and spirit

• An extended meditation to illuminate the stillness that arises when the body lets go
